George Bach Jr.

Principal

George is the founder and built the first property for East Ohio Properties when he was 21 years old. He now handles mostly the acquisitions and sales.

Dylan Bach

Property Manager

Dylan has worked in the family business for over 12 years. Dylan’s duties include assisting in the day-to-day management of the portfolio including but not limited to, repair and construction projects, tenant relations and daily operations.
